BMW-FIZ FUTURE

The contemporary corporate campus tends to be insulated and unwelcoming to its neighbors, driven solely by its own needs, while simultaneously marking its presence rather negatively by straining existing infrastructure.  We proposed a symbiotic relationship in which BMW serves as a pivotal connector that activates the neighborhoods in Munich, while also benefiting from the active vibrancy in which it now resides.
